Dr. Amir Abdel Kader is a board-certified anesthesiologist and fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist who combines technical precision with genuine compassion. After earning his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Rutgers University – New Brunswick, graduating with highest honors, he went on to obtain his medical degree from Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, where he was elected to the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society for academic distinction.
Dr. Kader completed his Anesthesiology Residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City, serving as Chief Resident of Education, before pursuing specialized fellowship training in Pain Management at the University of Pennsylvania. His background in both engineering and medicine allows him to approach pain treatment with an analytical yet compassionate perspective—designing precise, targeted procedures that improve quality of life.
Dr. Kader is proud to serve patients across Delaware and surrounding states. He focuses on non-opioid, minimally invasive pain management solutions for conditions affecting the neck, back, joints, and nerves. Outside of his practice, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their beagle-hound while exploring his new home in Delaware.
