Procedures & Treatments

Precision-Based, Non-Opioid Pain Management

Epidural Steroid Injections

Used to relieve inflammation and pain in the neck, back, arms, or legs. These injections are delivered precisely to the affected area of the spine to reduce nerve irritation and promote healing.

Diagnostic Medial Branch Blocks

Performed to identify whether specific spinal joints are the source of chronic pain. This diagnostic step helps guide long-term treatment plans such as radiofrequency ablation.

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

A minimally invasive technique that uses heat to interrupt pain signals from the facet joints. Ideal for patients with persistent neck or lower-back pain.

Spinal Cord (Dorsal Column) Stimulators

An advanced therapy involving a small device that sends mild electrical pulses to the spinal cord, helping reduce chronic back and leg pain without reliance on medications.

Sacroiliac (SI) Joint Injections

Targets inflammation and discomfort in the lower back or buttock area caused by sacroiliac joint dysfunction. Offers significant relief and improved mobility.

Selective Nerve Root Blocks

Delivers medication directly to an irritated nerve root to relieve radiating pain in the neck, arms, back, or legs. Often used to diagnose and treat nerve compression.

Joint and Bursa Injections

Designed to reduce inflammation and relieve pain in joints such as the shoulders, hips, or knees. These image-guided injections deliver precise medication to the affected bursa or joint space, restoring mobility and helping patients return to daily activities comfortably.

Trigger Point Injections

Addresses tight, painful muscle knots in the neck, back, shoulders, or limbs. These injections relax muscle fibers and improve flexibility and comfort.

Sympathetic Nerve Blocks

Used to treat complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS) or nerve-related pain in the arms or legs by reducing abnormal nerve activity and improving circulation.
